This is often caused by an unstable or poor internet connection. If the installation gets stuck at any point during the process, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Make sure that your internet connection is working correctly. You can try connecting to a different network or restarting the router.
Cancel the installation and then right-click on the iToolab Installer. Select “Run as Administrator”
If that doesn’t work, try one of the following direct download links. They are full installers that you can use to install iToolab offline.
You will first need to uninstall the program from your computer, here’s how to do that:
On Windows: Click “Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program” and then choose iToolab from the list of programs.
On Mac: Open the Applications folder and the simply drag iToolab to the trash to uninstall it.
Now simply download the latest version of iToolab and then click on the installer to begin reinstalling the program. You can also right-click on the installer to “Run as Administrator”
To uninstall iToolab software on Windows, follow the steps below:
Close iToolab, choose Start > Control Panel or Start > Settings > Control Panel.
Windows XP: Double-click Add Or Remove Programs.
Windows 7, Vista: If the Control Panel is in a Control Panel Home view, then click Uninstall A Program under Programs.
Windows 10, click Uninstall a program under Programs.
On the App list, right click on iToolab and click Uninstall or Remove.
Click Next > Remove and then follow the instructions to uninstall the program.
To uninstall iToolab software on Mac, follow the steps below.
Exit iToolab on your Mac.
Open the Applications folder and drag iToolab icon to the Trash.
Empty the Trash.
To remove the remaining folders, you can find them in the following path.
Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\iToolab
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/
