Technical Issues of AnyGo

Please do the following troubleshooting:

• Check your network.
• Ensure you have installed the latest version of AnyGo.

If you are still experiencing this error after trying the above, please contact us for further assistance.

This problem can occur if your device does not have location services turned on. Please follow the steps below to check if you’ve enabled Location Service:

Scroll down the control panel on your device, and find the Location icon. If the color of the button is blue it means you turned it on, if not please click on the button to enable the Location service.

While using iToolab AnyGo for iOS, it always stuck on Configure VPN you need to follow the steps below:

Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and select the AnyGo option. If you didn't find the VPN portal through the steps "Settings" > "General" > "VPN & Device Management", please restart the "Settings" and try again.

If you’ve configured VPN but stuck on download description file, please follow the steps below:

Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and select the description file. Next, click on Install to download.

Please make sure your Wi-Fi network connection is stable, and restart iToolab AnyGo for iOS or reboot your device to try again. If still fails, please contact us.

• Please make sure your device has enough space storage.
• If your iOS device is running iOS 16 and later, please open developer mode.
• Please download AnyGo desktop version (https://itoolab.com/gps-location-changer/). Find the toolbox icon and hit it, then click "Install AnyGo components" to finish it.
• If still fails, please contact us.

• Click to visit this page and register
• Find step 2 on the page and click "Join the Beta"

After changing the location, if you want to keep the virtual location for a long time, please turn off "Developer Mode" (Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Turn Off Developer Mode).
If you relocate or move again, please enable "Developer Mode."
