1. How to update the software to the latest version?

For Windows: Open iToolab software and then click on the Menu icon at the top right corner of the program. Select “Check for Updates” and the program will notify you if an update is available. If there is an update, click on “Update Now” to begin the update procedures.

For Mac: Open iToolab software and click on “iToolab” in the menu at the top right corner. Click “Check for Updates” and if an update is available, click on “Update Now” in the popup window to begin the update procedures.

2. What to do if the download fails?

To begin with, make sure that your network connection is working normally when downloading iToolab software.
If the network connection is the problem, restart the router or internet connection.
If the connection is still not strong enough, wait a little while before trying again or download iToolab software using a different browser.
