Error Code: -2, -10, -19, -20, -21, -30, -31, -32, -38, -41, -105, 1, 19, 1003, 1005 or 1015
Step 1. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes and RecoverGo (iOS) installed.
Step 2. Make sure the connection between your iOS device and your computer is stable during the backup process.
Step 3. Now back up your device using iTunes.
📌IMPORTANT:
- Before backing up your device, it is recommended that you move your old iTunes backup files to another folder to avoid overwriting the old backup files with new ones.
- The path of iTunes backup files on Windows computer:
C:/Users/User name/AppData/Roaming/Apple Computer/MobileSync/Backup/{a folder named with letters and numbers}
Note:”User name” needs to be used your infomation on the computer. - Please note that the backup process may take some time depending on the amount of data stored on your device.
Step 4. After successfully backing up to iTunes, close iTunes and open RecoverGo (iOS). Now you can select “Recover from iTunes backup” and choose the new iTunes backup you just scanned. After scanning, you will be able to see the deleted or lost data on the program.

Error Code:-100, -104
Step 1. Please try to use an administrator account with write permissions: enable administrator permissions for the program.
How to Run the Program as an Administrator?
Step1. You can right-click the application icon before launching RecoverGo(iOS).
Step2. Then tap on “Run as administrator”.
Step 2. Make sure that there is enough free space on the target disk. (The available space on the disk should be 100 MB more than the space used by the device). If you run out of space, clean the disk or use another disk for backup.
