IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique identification number assigned to each mobile device during production. It's typically 15 digits long. It can be found in several places, including Settings, on the device itself, or on the original packaging.
Go to Settings - General - About. You will find the Serial Number there. Scroll down to find IMEI.
Before you set up your iOS device, tap on the "i" icon to look for the IMEI.
You can dial *#06# to get the IMEI. Once dialed, the IMEI will be displayed on the screen automatically.
For iPad, iPad Pro, iPod touch and some old iPhone models, you can find the IMEI or Serial Number on the back of the device.
If you still have the original package of your iOS device, you can find the Serial Number and IMEI printed on the box.
For iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, iPhone 6s and newer models, you can find the IMEI or Serial Number on the SIM tray.
